DESCRIPTION:During these turbulent times we need more than ever mindfulness and a sense of community to remain grounded and calm. Mindful Brain will replace the usual Tuesdays evening gatherings with virtual sessions until the Coronavirus threat diminishes. \nMeditation gives anybody who pursues it an opportunity to look within for a sense of abundance\, depth and connection to life. Introduction followed by short practices and exercises in Mindfulness (such as Mindfulness of breathing) and final reflections and integration. All levels.\n2nd Tuesday – Deep Dive Mindfulness Meditation. Short introduction followed by a longer practice (45min). We practice mindfulness meditations\, such as Body Scan\, Sitting Meditation\, Mindfulness of Breathing. All levels.\n3rd Tuesday – Various Meditation Styles. Short introduction followed by a meditation practice and final reflections and integration. All levels.\n4th Tuesday – Heart Meditation: Compassion\, Kindness\, Gratitude. Short introduction\, followed by a combination of mindfulness practices with reflections and exercises in Compassion\, Gratitude\, Kindness\, Generosity and other ethical values. We are a fast growing community of people interested in cultivating happiness\, peace and wisdom in our daily lives.
