I recently completed the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course with Ela Amarie and I have to give her 5 stars for my perception of her presence, intuition, responsiveness to the situation and to the participants, and loving compassion. I highly recommend this course and even though I have been meditating for years and was doing this as part of a training for a Mindfulness in Education training, I personally benefited from following the structure that has lots of empirical data to back it. After a taster mindfulness session - I learned a new way to help me cope with stress. Although I still not 100% sure on how to use it or how to apply it in all activities, I have the knowledge.
