Time to hit the reset button and have some “me time”? Join our weekly classes to find balance, be mindful and remember to breathe.

Disconnect from your daily business and experience simple and easy mindfulness meditation practices that will bring you clarity, peace of mind and emotional balance. Connect with like minded people and practice mindfulness in a group setting. The purpose of this morning class is to create a warm, safe and trustful space where we learn, exchange ideas, meditate, reflect and explore life’s questions. We are a fast growing community of people interested in cultivating happiness, peace and wisdom in our daily lives.

*Classes are taught in English.

**No special clothing requirements.

***No experience needed.

*****All courses are grounded in brain science, positive psychology and contemplative training and teach meditation in a secular, non-religious manner.

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is now being examined scientifically and has been found to be a key element in stress reduction and overall happiness. Mindfulness can be cultivated through mindfulness meditation, a systematic method of focusing your attention. You can learn to meditate on your own, following instructions in books or on tape. However, you may benefit from the support of an instructor or group to answer questions and help you stay motivated.

Cost and Registration

The Lunchtime Mindfulness Meditation classes take place at the Bring It Om Yoga Studio. For the registration, you need to book the class online directly with the studio:

Drop-in class 35 CHF

5 class pass 150 CHF

10 class pass 280

The pass can be used to book any classes of the studio.
