Meditation gives anybody who pursues it an opportunity to look within for a sense of strength, depth and connection to life. If we don’t have the capacity to train the mind, we will be moving through the world unable to access our greatest potential and to respond to challenging situations in a wise way. During these turbulent times we need more than ever mindfulness and a sense of community to remain grounded and calm.

Practice Mindfulness in a Community and with guided instructions. This 30min session will give you the opportunity to pause and recharge so that you can continue your day with a renewed feeling of purpose and energy.
